About us
CALAMID is a leading manufacturer of components for refrigeration equipment made of plastics as well as a supplier of PVC profiles systems used in refrigeration equipment and in the production of garage and industrial doors. Our products have been produced by injection, extrusion and thermoforming for over 25 years, which resulted in cooperation with leading companies from the refrigeration industry and the production of garage doors.
We are a reliable partner for companies from all over Poland as well as from abroad, meeting the requirements of our clients with due diligence and care for every detail.

History
1990
establishment of the CALAMID company, creation of the first product line of components for refrigeration devices and starting cooperation with local producers of refrigeration equipment;
1995
relocating production to the new place on ul. Partyzantów in Bochnia, caused by the increased dynamics of the company’s development by expanding the product offer and acquiring new customers;
2000
development of owned machinery, through the purchase of new injection molding machines, PVC extrusion lines, and the creation of a new department – professional metal machinng, through the acquisition of a number of metalworking machines, which gave almost unlimited field for the implementation of new ideas in the components for refrigeration equipment;
2003
creation of the MARK-BOŻ company, supporting CALAMID in the production and supply of products for an increasing number of customers;
2007
launching the production of thermoformed sides and doors for counters, refrigerated display cabinets, insulated with polyurethane foam, which resulted in a more comprehensive offer of the company;
2010
purchase of over a hectare area with buildings at ul. Partyzantów in Bochnia and reinvesting profits in modernizing existing structures;
2012
purchasing a modern CNC milling center and CNC grinding machines for shafts and holes (with the participation of European funds);
2013
starting production of specialized PVC profiles for garage and industrial garage manufacturers;
2017
continuous investment consisting in the modernization of the owned machinery park and adaptation of the production plant to global standards.
Starting from 1990, from the beginning of CALAMID, we have been trying to respond to the needs of our clients in the best possible way. This resulted in a number of companies cooperating with us at home and abroad, a group of them is with us from the beginning.
